Free beach shuttles in Pesaro and parking: getting around without a car
Updated 29 October 2026. This guide summarises what the Municipality of Pesaro says about summer shuttles, free car parks and bike rental, without inventing hours it does not give.
The free summer shuttles, according to the Municipality
The Municipality of Pesaro page Muoversi in città (in Italian) mentions free summer shuttles linking park-and-ride car parks to the beaches of Sottomonte, Baia Flaminia and viale Trieste. There is also a free summer shuttle between Pesaro and Gabicce Mare, passing through the San Bartolo Park. The 2026 timetables are on a separate page: check those of the season you travel in.
Free car parks
The Municipality lists San Decenzio (400 spaces), via dell'Acquedotto (150 spaces, behind the barracks) and Villa Marina (160 spaces, Ponente side of viale Trieste). The Curvone car park, on viale dei Partigiani, has 600 spaces; fares of paid car parks are on Pesaro Parcheggi.
Without a car from Nuovo Fiore
Nuovo Fiore is at Via Barignani 60, in the historic centre: Ponente beach is about 800 m away and Levante about 900 m. Guests have free bicycles and a private garage; for ZTL access by car the plate must be sent in advance. For cycling read the Bicipolitana guide; to choose a beach, Ponente, Levante and Sottomonte.
